Women Founders Network (“WFN”) welcomes you to the WFN Perfect the Pitch Private Facebook Group (“this service”).

This agreement governs your use of this service.

Only individuals who have registered for a WFN Perfect the Pitch Private Facebook Group membership are eligible to use this service.  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your user name and password and for all activities that occur on or through your account.

Subscription Terms

Your WFN Perfect the Pitch Private Facebook Group subscription includes enrollment into an ongoing/recurring payment plan.  Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the disclosed billing period unless cancelled in advance with the instructions for cancellation below.  Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase and at the start of every new billing period, unless cancelled.  We reserve the right to change our pricing.  In the event of a price change, we will attempt to notify you thirty (30) days in advance of the change by sending an email to the address you have registered to your account.  If you do not wish to accept the price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions included in that email and below.  If you do not cancel your subscription after the price change takes effect and prior to the start of the new subscription period, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of renewal, without any action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts.

Free Trials

Your subscription may begin with a free trial.  Your first payment will be charged to your chosen payment method immediately following the free trial, unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below.  You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the free trial. We provide notice of the terms of the free trial at the time you register and you will not receive a separate notice from WFN that your free trial is about to end or has ended, or that your paid subscription has begun. You should receive a payment confirmation email directly from PayPal when any charges are incurred.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period or free trial.  Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period or free trial.  To cancel your subscription, login to your PayPal account and click on the item “Recurring payment from Women Founders Network”.  Click “Cancel” on the detail page.  Cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current billing period or free trial and you will still be able to access this service until then.  We do not refund or credit partially used billing periods.

Suspension and Termination

You agree that Women Founders Network in its sole discretion and without notice or liability to you, restrict, suspend or terminate your access to part or all of this service if we believe you are using the service in violation of applicable law or regulations in any manner other than for their intended purpose.  

Arbitration Agreement

If you are a WFN Perfect the Pitch Private Facebook Group member in the United States (including its possessions and territories), you and WFN agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to this service, these Terms of Use and this Arbitration Agreement, shall be determined by binding arbitration or in small claims court.
The arbitration will be governed by the Commercial Arbitration Rules (the "AAA Rules") of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), as modified by this Agreement, and will be administered by the AAA. The AAA Rules and Forms are available online at www.adr.org, by calling the AAA at 1-800-778-7879, or by writing to the Notice Address.

YOU AND WFN AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and WFN agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims with your claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.
