Rachel Bullock is a Global C-Suite Executive known for driving value creation by integrating acquisitions, launching products in new markets, and increasing operating leverage in technology (SaaS, e-commerce, and digital media). As an Operator in the Private Equity space with full P&L ownership, M&A, and digital transformation experience, Rachel focuses on growth and performance improvement in B2B2C and B2B software for live events, sports, digital media, hospitality, and EdTech.

Today, Rachel is the Chief Executive Officer of SquadUP, a Private Equity-backed live event technology company offering B2B2C SaaS E-Commerce ticketing and merchant services for clients including Aspen Food + Wine Classic, Tribeca Film Festival, and Village Vanguard. Responsible for strategy and global operations. Focused on M&A, growth, and performance improvement. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Women's Leadership Council, the premier organization in Los Angeles for female leaders. Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and her Master’s degree from Brandeis University.
