Rachel Bullock is a Global C-Suite Executive known for driving value creation by integrating acquisitions, launching products in new markets, and increasing operating leverage in technology (SaaS, e-commerce, and digital media). As an Operator in the Private Equity space with full P&L ownership, M&A, and digital transformation experience, Rachel focuses on growth and performance improvement in B2B2C and B2B software for live events, sports, digital media, hospitality, and EdTech.

Today, Rachel is the Chief Operating Officer of PE-backed Leap Event Technology, an international software company which offers e-commerce ticketing, CRM, mobile apps, and marketing services to enterprise clients including Disney, Live Nation, and the NBA. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Women's Leadership Council, the premier organization in Los Angeles for female leaders. Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and her Master’s degree from Brandeis University.
