Mary is a Business Advisor with over 20-years experience helping small to medium sized businesses solve their problems. She works with diverse industries and throughout any stage of the business life cycle from start-up through to exits. She helps create and sustain value and solve problems that exist at the intersection of business operations, technology and human capital management.
She is client-centered and a resourceful “out of the box problem solver”. Her clients are business owners who strive for continuous improvement and believe that their people are their biggest asset. They take care of developing their people and fostering an inclusive culture and want to become an "employer of choice". She's there for them during good times and challenging times, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic. She serves as a resource to provide answers to the myriad of questions raised by their stakeholders such as benefits, remote workforce, diversity, furlough, rehiring, return to the office, safety, legislative updates, ERC and more.
She is a business connector and coordinates a Women’s Business Network, supports entrepreneurs and accomplished business leaders through the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards, the LA Business Journal CFO, Nonprofit, and Women Leadership awards.
She's been involved with numerous nonprofit Boards of Directors. She is passionate about helping children in need and education, through organizations such as PS I Love You Foundation, Minds Matter, Learning Rights Law Center, and American Martyrs School. She believes in elevating women in business and sits on the board of the Women Founders Network.
She is a Tradition Fellow and received her B.S. from Cornell University and her Certified Business Performance Advisor from the University Of Houston, Bauer School of Business.
